I’m looking for a merchant account provider that won’t make me wait for days for an answer to a simple question, so tired of getting “we will get back to you as soon as we can, thank you for your business” as a reply.

I would like to offer my customers the option of making payments monthly automatically on products (like on hsn and qvc) it would deduct from their card every month automatically. Also, what if they cancel the card or it is denied? Would they have to have entered a backup card in case??

is that something that I would have to do myself with coding or is it something i would work out with my merchant account provider?

I’m so fraustrated with this. I have an online store (I haven’t finished desgined my website yet but upload hundreds of anime dvds for sale) My website is at www.knanime.com I called a merchant account provider and they want to charge me per month with the rate of 2.45% with set up fee the representative said gate payment with authorize.net and I asked her my website builder have the choice of authorize.net payment but it I enter two things "Login and Transaction Key"…I don’t know what is that, I asked "Will you guys give me Login and Transaction Key" of authorize.net so I can enter and start accept credit card/debit card. She did not understand. I’m confused please explain for me. THanks.

How will I collect credit card information from my on line clients? will the merchant account provider install that on my website?
